This week I thought it’s a good time to share with you another groundbreaking, science-based approach to relate to our innate sexuality.

Emily Nagoski is presenting the dual-control model to the way we approach sex. In case you haven’t read her best-selling book Come as You Are, this Tedx talk sums it all up. Mostly.

She says that in order to unlock the door to your authentic sexuality, you need to:

“create a context that allows your brain to interpret the world as a pleasurable, safe, sexy place.”

It’s worth it to watch until the end, where she reveals how to attain two essential keys to sexual well-being: confidence and joy.
